Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare timely and accurate management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow tracking is up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
