Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations (SST/GST).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions as required.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal financial processes and controls.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
