Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations with high attention to detail.
- Prepare accurate monthly management reports and financial statements for review by management.
- Coordinate and assist with year-end closing processes and external audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and manage daily financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting procedures in Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
