Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate month-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax filings, including SST and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor and track cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
- Assist in annual audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
