Tanggung Jawab
- Update and maintain monthly financial transactions using accounting software with precision and accuracy
- Process and manage invoicing operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations
- Prepare and process journal entries and general ledger postings
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records
- Support internal and external audit processes as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently under pressure
