Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and collections processes
  • Support the finance team during audit and tax filing periods
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
