The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple business entities.
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow movements.
- Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, schedules, and management statements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies for audit and tax compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, LCCI, or equivalent).
- At least 2–4 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations, including SST and corporate tax requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
