We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team at Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting daily accounting operations. Your strong analytical skills will be key in identifying trends, reconciling discrepancies, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional departments to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare monthly financial reports, and assist in budget preparation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a meticulous approach to data and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during audits and tax filings
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records in compliance with policies
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are an added advantage
