Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle full sets of accounts for outsourced clients
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate with clients regarding financial matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
- Familiarity with full set of accounts management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations
