Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing the subsidiary Account/Finance Department operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Monitor and maintain financial records and documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Support the Group Accountant in special financial projects and initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
