Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process medical billing for patients and insurance companies
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Prepare and submit insurance claims to various healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or medical billing
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance claim procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
