Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely financial settlements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll accurately and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational departments
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and compliance reviews
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
