Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily accounting entries including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of GST/SST filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection from clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track project-related costs and verify supporting documentation.
- Support year-end audit activities and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth completion of annual reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and local tax compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
