As an Accounts Executive, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, support month-end closing processes, and provide insightful reporting to the management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare tax submissions (SST/GST) and ensure adherence to local statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury management activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial audits and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
