Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily full-set accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly management reports, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations accurately.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, SST, and relevant local regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities during annual audits.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and ensure data integrity in the accounting software.
- Support the finance manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive team spirit.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
