Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
- Support the finance manager in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and local financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of MFRS and local tax compliance (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
