We are currently looking for a proactive and meticulous Accounts Executive to join our team based in Cheras, Selangor. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in accounting who are ready to take on greater responsibility.
As an Accounts Executive, you will oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. You will ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, and assist in preparing monthly accounts, financial statements, and management reports. Additionally, you will support tax compliance and liaise with auditors during annual audits.
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process payments and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SQL, Autocount) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
