Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
- Oversee accounts payable operations ensuring timely payments and vendor communications
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documentation for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
