Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Handle SST/GST submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in the annual audit process.
- Maintain fixed asset register and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
