As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the management team with data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of F&B inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Process staff payroll and ensure timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Monitor outstanding debts and manage timely collections from vendors and partners.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation for audit readiness.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with team members.
  • Fresh graduates with high aptitude and a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
