Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including month-end closing and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Accounting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations
- Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounts management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean tax and accounting regulations
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
