In this critical role, you will oversee project accounts, manage progress claims, handle subcontractor payments, and ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and e-invoice regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate project accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and submit timely progress claims to clients and consultants.
- Process and track subcontractor payments, invoices, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and e-invoicing requirements.
- Reconcile project financials, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly valued.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of project accounting, progress claims, and subcontractor payment cycles.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing systems and relevant compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
