Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of GST filings and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents during year-end statutory audit processes.
- Maintain efficient filing systems and digital record-keeping in accordance with company standards.
- Support the senior management team with ad-hoc financial reporting and data analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data entry with precision.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining confidentiality.
