Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Perform timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and inter-company transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and process GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Maintain fixed assets register and handle petty cash management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
