Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently and accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and statutory filings with the relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner to ensure no disruption to operations.
- Support the finance manager with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the construction or general industry.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
