Good Job Creations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our client's dynamic finance team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable, performing reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate month-end close. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash collection efforts, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company transactions
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and month-end closing entries
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Process invoices, credit notes, and expense claims accurately
- Assist in year-end audit and tax filing processes
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
