Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and SFRS.
- Execute daily financial operations including invoice processing, payment runs, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely monthly management accounts, financial reports, and comprehensive variance analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with GST regulations, corporate tax requirements, and statutory reporting deadlines.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during interim and year-end audits.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a full-set accounting role.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Property Management industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems (experience with Yardi, SAP, or Oracle is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore GST, and corporate tax regulations.
- Highly meticulous, analytical, and organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
