In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and providing critical support to the management team to ensure fiscal health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts and daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense reporting and budget adherence.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage monthly depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and MS Office suite (Excel).
- In-depth understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, honest, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
