Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and collection follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports)
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions, and tax compliance filings
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Implement and optimize accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/MICPA are advantageous)
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical data handling
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial trends
