Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Handle tax compliance matters including GST, income tax, and statutory filings
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Maintain organized financial records and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
