As an Accounts Executive, you will take ownership of the full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting. You will be instrumental in managing cash flow, executing comprehensive reconciliations, and supporting the budgeting process. Additionally, your expertise will be vital in handling GST submissions and overseeing payment processing, ensuring that all financial transactions are executed seamlessly and on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for assigned subsidiaries and joint venture companies.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, management accounts, and year-end closing.
- Monitor and project cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
- Perform regular bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle GST calculations, submissions, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Process payments, invoices, and employee claims efficiently.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in managing full sets of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly advantageous.
