Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in tax compliance and documentation preparation
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Support audit processes and regulatory filings
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or professional equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
