Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory reporting.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist in financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
