Join SKYRICH DEVELOPMENT Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive in Kota Kinabalu and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the complete accounting cycle for our real estate projects while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in full-set accounting to drive financial accuracy and efficiency in our dynamic real estate environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full set of accounts independently including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (GST, income tax, etc.) and prepare tax documentation
  • Oversee financial reporting for real estate projects including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for stakeholder review
  • Assist in developing internal controls to enhance financial processes and risk management

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting within real estate or construction industry
  • Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external authorities
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
