Join SKYRICH DEVELOPMENT Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive in Kota Kinabalu and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts independently including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (GST, income tax, etc.) and prepare tax documentation
- Oversee financial reporting for real estate projects including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and ensure data integrity
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for stakeholder review
- Assist in developing internal controls to enhance financial processes and risk management
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting within real estate or construction industry
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, GST regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external authorities
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
