Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date, complete, and compliant with local regulations.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage expense reports.
- Assist with the audit process and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Perform general ledger entries and maintain fixed asset schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations is an added advantage.
