Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including verification, matching, and payment scheduling for trade suppliers.
- Oversee treasury functions, ensuring accurate cash flow management and daily monitoring of banking transactions.
- Handle corporate loan documentation, interest calculations, and repayment schedules to ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and statement reconciliations.
- Perform regular rental payment processing and ensure accurate ledger entries for lease-related expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and contribute to month-end closing activities.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with statutory regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA students are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL accounting software).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external banking contacts.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy in managing high-volume transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local tax regulations and compliance standards in Malaysia.
