Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with cash flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CAT).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidential financial data.
