Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing procedures
- Manage import/export logistics documentation including customs clearance, shipping manifests, and duty calculations
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers to streamline logistics operations
- Assist in audits and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Implement process improvements for financial accuracy and logistics efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full set accounting and bookkeeping
- Proven expertise in import/export logistics and international trade documentation
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
