Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory control records, including conducting cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Oversee the fixed asset register, ensuring timely recording of acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Perform daily accounting entries and prepare accurate financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure financial data integrity for all stock movements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing timely documentation and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions to ensure timely payment processing and cash flow accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of inventory management principles and fixed asset accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication across diverse departments.
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax requirements.
