We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Johor Bahru. Reporting directly to the Accounts Head, you will be entrusted with key accounting responsibilities and will take full charge of billing activities to ensure smooth financial operations. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records. You will assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, manage the general ledger, and ensure all statutory requirements are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely settlements.
- Take charge of all billing activities, including the preparation and dispatch of accurate invoices.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory reports and tax documentation.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial filing systems for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with basic full-cycle accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
