Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis to support business decisions
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
