Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and loan statements monthly.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, GST filing, and company financial policies.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and records.
- Support the Finance Manager with internal audits and ad-hoc financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hardware, machinery, or trading industry is an advantage.
