We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Joo Koon, West Region. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial account management and client relations, ensuring seamless business operations and outstanding service delivery.
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. You will support our sales and operations teams by managing billing cycles, overseeing receivables, and acting as a trusted touchpoint for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to blend financial tracking with customer-centric support in a dynamic, growing industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for financial transactions, billing, and inquiries.
- Support the sales and project teams by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and generating invoices.
- Monitor account receivables, perform credit control, and follow up closely on outstanding payments from clients.
- Reconcile customer statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the internal finance team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in administrative duties and support ad-hoc financial or account-related projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts management, sales coordination, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or equivalent ERP systems) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build client trust.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work at our office located in Joo Koon, West Region.
