As part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial compliance, managing accounts, and supporting high-level business decision-making through precise data analysis.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including the preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Perform complex financial analysis and reporting using SQL and accounting software.
- Assist in the annual statutory audit and ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and credit cards on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts for senior management review.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in tax computations, submission of relevant regulatory documents, and year-end closures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Proficient in accounting software and SQL for financial data analysis.
- Familiarity with the full set of accounts and audit procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
