GoCar Mobility Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Accounts Executive to join our expanding finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accuracy in daily accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and insightful reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, SST submissions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling confidential data.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
