Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support the R&D department with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial records and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Experience working within the manufacturing or R&D industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
