PCCS Group Berhad is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Batu Pahat. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded, reconciled, and reported in compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash and staff claims processing.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during annual audits to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management review to support informed decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and taxation regulations in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
