Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, expense claims, and official receipts accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations (e.g., SST), and company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies as required.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records for audit purposes.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven working experience in an accounting role, preferably in Malaysia.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage 50, SAP Business One) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external parties.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations (SST) and statutory requirements.
