Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of General Ledger (GL) entries and maintain subsidiary ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Review invoices and receipts for accuracy, validity, and approval before processing payments.
- Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc reporting and budget analysis tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
