Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and vendor accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, SST submissions, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project-related costs and budgets.
- Support the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
- Perform cash flow analysis and support treasury management activities.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
